StayNGo ("we", "our", "us") operates a platform for booking accommodations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website.

a.1 Google Sign-In

We offer sign-in via Google. If you choose this method, we receive from Google:

Your name and email address as registered with Google
Your Google profile picture (optional)
A unique Google account identifier

We do not receive your Google password. Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Payment method details (processed via third-party gateways)
We do not store full card details

d. Device & Usage Information

Device type and OS
App usage behavior

2. How We Use Your Information

3. App Permissions We May Request

Depending on features you use, the StaynGo app may request the following device permissions. All permissions are optional unless stated otherwise, and can be managed at any time through your device settings.

Location Access

Used to show nearby properties, provide location-based search results, and improve booking recommendations. We request location only while the app is in use (foreground). We do not track location in the background.

Camera

Used to allow you to take photos when uploading property images, profile pictures, or identity documents during verification. The camera is only activated when you explicitly initiate an upload action. We do not access your camera at any other time.

Notifications

Used to send you booking confirmations, check-in reminders, payment receipts, and important account alerts. You may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time through your device notification settings or within the app.

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, we access only the basic profile information you grant (name, email, profile picture). See section 1.a.1 above for full details.

Storage / Media Access

Used to let you select and upload photos from your device gallery for property listings, profile pictures, or identity verification documents.

You can revoke any permission at any time via your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain app features.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your data with:

Accommodation partners (to fulfill bookings)
Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay or equivalent)
Service providers (hosting, analytics, support tools)

We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data:

As long as your account is active
As required for legal and compliance purposes

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.
